Founder, CEO & Chairman of the Board
Founder

Roman recognized the early potential of Single-Cell Protein technology and leads EcoBioworks' U.S. market entry and global expansion strategy. His connection to food systems dates to his early studies in food technology and engineering in Russia in the late 1980s.

Roman's background spans a successful international athletic career, the founding of a technology startup, and the co-founding of a regional consumer brand — building the entrepreneurial range that now drives EcoBioworks from concept to commercial deployment.
